            Description

            Add contribution changes logging.

            The contribution changes logging report should be done with the contributions being the main object, so the best approach is to look at CRM_Report_Form_Contact_LoggingSummary and CRM_Report_Form_Contact_LoggingDetail and make two similar reports for contributions (ideally, with the common code factored out).
