Tokens and images don't work when PDF printing to multiple contacts

Reproduced on Demo site.

1. Use "find contacts" to Search for some individuals
2. Select several individuals from the list, choosing individuals with addresses
3. Select "Print PDF" from the Action menu and click Go
4. Choose "basic PDF letter", which is some basic address fields and one image
5. Print PDFs

The tokens (address, name etc) do not work on any page after the first page. Sometimes none of the tokens work.

The image also doesn't work.
