group name with only blank spaces is saved

            Description

            1 - Manage Groups - http://210.211.151.22/drupal/civicrm/group?reset=1
            2 - Enter Name with only spaces
            3 - Click Save.
            4 - It goes to next page for adding group members with status message "Group " " has been saved.
