Description
This is a splinter off of CRM-7165 point 5: as far as I understand it, there's no easy way to order CiviReport columns.
Once this is fixed please move Contact Logging Summary report's Action column to far right side.
Currently CiviReport does not allow changing order at column level. So if there are 2 column groups it will display fields in the order it is added in code.
