Description
'Do Not Email' field is being 'suppressed' from Profile forms in User Account and User Registration contexts. Confirmed this bug in 4495 1.3 branch. The 'missing' Email field is not a bug as we deliberately suppress Email address input in those contexts as the Email address is collected by Drupal.

The problem I was trying to report was:
"Email" and "Do Not Email" fields are not displayed in profile forms.
To reproduce:
Create a new profile, enabled for "Veiw/Edit User Accounts"
Add feilds, including Do Not Email and Email, and any other fields.
In drupal navigate to: my account > view tab: the fields will be displayed properly
Click to the Edit tab, and the Do Not Email and Email fields will not be shown.
