Upon upgrade to 3.3, if Expired membership status has been renamed, it is recreated and the old is disabled

            Description

            The default membership status (id #4) is named Expired by default. My client renamed this to "Former" just cause they like the word better. Upon upgrade from 3.1 to 3.3, the "Former" status was DISABLED, and a new membership status type (#10) was created called Expired. Now there is great confusion and I have had to switch membership statuses manually in the database, and disable the new membership type. I am worried this will just happen again when we upgrade to 3.4.
