Check for Open Case activity type missing or disabled and provide a clear error message

            Description

            Currently if Open Case activity is disabled (or missing) - there's a confusing fatal error message (since we can't find the right activity type file to open):
            Fatal error: Class 'CRM_Case_Form_Activity_' not found in /kunden/251568_1030/webseiten/crm/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Case/Form/Case.php(174)

            Check that we have a valid activity type id first. If not, provide clearer error message:
            "The Open Case activity type is missing or disabled. Please have your site administrator check Administer > Option Lists > Activity Types for the CiviCase component.:
