File Upload field in profile can not be included in Contribution page

When you include a file upload field in Profile, and then include it in a contribution page, when you submit the page it returns a "required field" error if the field was required, or it just does not include the file if it wasn't marked as required.

I verfied this was a bug with nice folks over at Web Access to checked as well.
