Search Result with a single record shows "All 1 records" for radio button

1 - Manage Groups - http://210.211.151.22/drupal/civicrm/group?reset=1
2 - Name of group - g1
3 - Save group
4 - Next page search for a criteria which returns a single result
(in my case "Households" with name like "Patel")
5 - The result display shows 2 radio buttons
() selected records only () all 1 records

for a single record it could be something like
