            Description

            Bash script + webtest combo as per http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRM/Release+checklist

            We also need a diff between clean install of given version and clean database of upgraded install of given version - this way we can verify if the upgrade script doesn't miss any db changes.
