      Description

Modify profile edit mode field display rules for User Account Editing context. All/any Email input fields in a Profile will be included in the user/n/edit forms (no longer hidden). Primary email for primary location is 'linked' to Drupal / CMS user email address - and will be synched with that value (2 way synch).

In User Registration context, we will continue to suppress Email input fields in Profiles.

      ---- orig bug report —
      Create a profile.
Populate it with fname, lname, and home email fields.
Set visibility to my account & profile (not registration).
Go to the my account view in drupal
You will see the three profile fields.
      Go to the edit view.
You will only see the fname and lname fields.
The email field should be visible as well.

Reproduced on the drupal demo 2/14

[on a related note, will changing the primary email from a profile form also change my drupal email address?] (YES)
