Proximity search via profile limited to a group doesn't display criteria properly for anonymous users

Reproduced on demo.
While logged out of the demo, visit http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/profile?reset=1&gid=9 (I just created this profile - hopefully will still be there. If not, create a profile for proximity search and limit the results to a group in advanced settings.)
Search. You can leave all the fields blank.
On the results page, it says
"Displaying contacts where: Contacts IN"
When logged in, after the "IN" it says the group name, but logged out it is missing.
