Request: Jump to steps in CiviMail

When I create and save a draft mailing, I would like to be able to open it up and jump right to the step I last left off at.

Right now, If I go to step 4, test the mailing, then decide to save it & continue later, I have to wait for 5 page loads to get back to that same step (open the draft mailing, click next 3 times). It would be nice if I could just click on one of the headings: 'Select Recipients'; 'Track and Respond'; 'Mailing Content'; etc... and have it just go right to that page, assuming that the author of the mass mailing has already visited that step once before while setting up this mailing.
