Pledge Dashboard Displaying Incorrect Balance Due -- Detail Reports Incorrect

The balance due column in the Pledge Dashboard Cumulative column is incorrect. When you subtract Payments Received from Total Contributions the Balance Due is incorrect. I was able to recreate this in the demo site powered by CiviCRM 32418 by adding a $2400 contribution for John Brown dated 7/1/2010 and making payments from Jul 2010 - Feb 2010 so the contribution is in an "In Progress" status.

The second part of the problem is that when you click total contributions to see detail and then export to a CSV file, in progress contributions are duplicate with as many as 10 duplicate rows in the resulting CSV File.

There are very likely other issues in columns other than cumulative, but I can't prove them based on the date ranges and logic used to filter the totals.

We found this when importing data from a new client and they tried to balance to total contributions.
