Browse Unscheduled Mailings - include Created Date and hide columns which are not relevant for unscheduled mailings

            Description

            Mailing created date is stored in the DB but not displayed on the mail listings. This is useful data for unscheduled mailings - allowing users to cleanup stale "unfinished" mailings.

            Display "Created Date" when browsing Unscheduled Mailings and don't display irrelevant columns (Scheduled By, Scheduled Date, Start and End columns).
