Description
Contributions Export needs to include data for a premium associated w/ a contribution. We also need to add a number of missing contribution properties to the export.
1. The following premium/product related columns should be added to contribution export, and populated as applicable:
- Premium (civicrm_product.name)
- Premium SKU
- Premium Option
- Fulfilled Date
- Premium Start (date)
- Premium End (date)
NOTE: These columns will be inline extensions to contribution rows (as we are only supported 1 premium per contribution at this time).
2. Add the following missing columns (fields) to contribution export rows:
Accounting Code (join - select from contribution_type table)
Payment Instrument
Non-deductible Amount
Fee Amount
Net Amount
Transaction ID
Invoice ID
Currency
Cancel Reason
Receipt Date
