Sort in the Report is only sorting the visible page (CiviReports)

            Description

            In CiviMail Report, if you click on 'sort' on the email column, it only sorts the visible page rather than shuffling the whole list of recipients

            Also Sort by Contact column seems to sort by ID not by Sort Name.
