Help text regarding recurring donations and paypment processors

Currently when configuring a contribution page, the following help text is displayed:
(This feature requires that you use a payment processor with this functionality built in - Paypal std or Pro, Pay2Cash or Payjunction at the time of writing.)
I'm not sure this accurate, and it is difficult to keep accurate. I would be better to say:
(This feature requires that you use a payment processor with this functionality built in, for example, Paypal Pro or one of the other processors with recurring functionality as documented at http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC33/CiviContribute+Payment+Processor+Configuration.)

BTW, is there an alias like CRMUPCOMING but which always refers to the documentation for the current stable version? As a poor alternative, is there a standard function that will cause GenCode to insert into an appropriate version of CRMDOC33 into code?

I'll roll a patch if provided with appropriate feedback here.
