Inconsistent links of contact Notes page

            Description

            If you are looking at a contact's Notes tabs, it shows a list of notes. There is a "(more)" link and a "View" link for each row that should in theory bring you to the same place.

            View - http://www.example.com/jb/civicrm/contact/view/note?action=view&reset=1&cid=103&id=98

            The View link takes you to the correct place, but the (more) link brings you to another user's note.
