Browse Mailings - set appropriate default sort for Draft Mailing, Scheduled Mailing and Archived Mailing listings

            Description

            All mailing listings were sorted by Completed Date DESCENDING. This sort order is not optimal for Draft/Unscheduled or for Scheduled/Sent listings. Set appropriate default sorts based on the type of mailings being viewed:

            Draft / Unscheduled Mailings - sort by Create Date DESCENDING (newest on top)
            Scheduled / Sent Mailings - sort by Scheduled Date DESCENDING
            Archived Mailings - sort by Completed Date DESCENDING
