Send Email to Contacts - Should respect DO NOT EMAIL flag

If DO NOT EMAIL is true for a contact:

• The Send an Email action/icon should not be available when viewing an individual contact (contact/view) - so suppress it in the ActivityLinks.tpl file.

• If contact(s) are selected for "Send Email to Contact(s)" batch action (search results) - they are excluded from the recipient list. Status message at completion should provide feedback to user on this - should be able to use the existing structure for this, something like "Email NOT sent to N contacts: communication preferences specifies DO NOT EMAIL"
