Reports which are sorted by contact should use and sort by SORT NAME rather than DISPLAY NAME

            Description

            Several reports display the contact DISPLAY NAME in the 1st colum and sort on that field (e.g. Mrs. Dana West). This is not a useful sort pattern. We should display and sort by SORT NAME (e.g. West, Dana).
