2 - Location Type tab - http://210.211.151.22/drupal/civicrm/admin/locationType
3 - Edit any location - http://210.211.151.22/drupal/civicrm/admin/locationType?action=update&id=3
4 - Change the description and click Save button.
5 - Another location is added instead of updating the existing one.
