Add relationship to views implementation to provide access to any contact phone number

Current code only allows access to a single phone number for a contact in Drupal view. Patch adds contact_id field to the view and a relationship between contact_id and id of contact table. Using this with the existing filters allows the end user to display any of the available phone numbers in CiviCRM.
