Selecting a Campaign when adding an activity for a group of contacts shouldn't require a Survey ID

When adding an activity for a group of contacts, and you want to select a Campaign that the activity is related to, you should not assume that a Survey ID and related information is required. OTher activities, e.g. volunteering, doesn't require a survey, and Campaigns in general should not require a survey.

Here's what I did:

• Search for a group of people
• Add Activity to these contacts from the more drop down
• Selected 'Volunteer Time' in Activity Type
• Selected the campaign I created in CAMPAIGN
  then when I hit save I get the error that the Survey fields are required:

Please correct the following errors in the form fields below:

• Survey is a required field.
• Status is a required field.
• Interviewer Id is a required field.

These should not be required... only if there was a survey that needs to be recorded, then these pieces are needed
