Sort the Relationship Type dropdown alphabetically in the New Relationship form

            Description

            When a user creates a new Relationship from one contact to another, the user is asked to select a Relationship Type. Currently, the dropdown menu of Types is sorted according to their backend IDs – not an order that makes sense to the user.

            At some point, it might be nice to let administrators specify their own arbitrary order for this list.

            In the mean time, could we please sort the Relationship Types menu alphabetically?

            I believe this change might have something to do with CRM/Contact/Page/View/Relationship.tpl
