Add settings to choose reCAPTCHA style

Add a means of selecting between the 4 standard styles for displaying the reCAPTCHA block. It currently defaults to "Red" and I have not found an easy way to add the code to select one of the others: White, Blackglass or Clean. It should not be necessary to edit tpl files directly to do this.
