Description
When I am in the Contact form, I can set the preferred Language for the Contact. This is based on the table civicrm_option_value (option group 50). I would expect these to be translated once the overall language is set (so if I set CiviCRM to Dutch in localization I would expect the language then to show up as 'Nederlands').
