Allow for multiple instances of the CiviContribute widget on a single web page

Currently you can only place one instance of the widget on a web page. If you want to show progress for multiple online contribution pages on the same web page, the current widget code does not work.

Also, the percentage raised value is not currently rounded so you can wind up with values like "45.421241%". This value should be rounded to the nearest percentage point.
