Search Organizations then Merge does not delete the duplicate record

I'm doing a search for Organizations and found that I have two Organizations with the same name and address.

I select the two Organizations and use the drop-down menu to select "Merge"

I select the fields, hit "Merge"

I do a new Search and both records are still there.
