Drop-down for "Reuse existing set of multiple choice options" should show the original field name instead of latest used field name

Currently the drop-down for Reuse existing set ... shows the label of the latest custom field to use that set of options. This is confusing to end-users. We assign the initial custom field label to the option group and we should maintain that as the label shown when selecting the set of options.
