update smart groups -> "Name already exists in database"

            Description

            Bug seen un v1.3 rev 4569 on Drupal 4.6.5

            Steps to reproduce:

            • go to Manage Groups
            • click on the Members link for a Smart Group
            • click on the Edit Search Group Criteria link
            • choose Update Smart Group from the More Actions drop-down
            • click on the Update Smart Group button

            This produces a "Name already exists in database" error message.
