CRM-7893 Add Update Grant action to Grant search results

A new Action (Update Grant) has been added to the list of Actions available in Grant search results. The Update Grant action is extremely useful when you need to update a group of grants with common information, typically after a grant decision. The fields available to update include the Grant Status, Amount Granted, and Decision Date. If a field is left blank it's value in the database remains unchanged so that individual fields can be updated as necessary.

Attached a patch and two new files to implement the improvement.
