Remove Custom Search sub-menu from default navigation

Currently the Custom Search sub-menu only contains a subset of all available custom searches. This is confusing and causes folks to miss / not find existing searches. Removing the sub-menu means that folks will go directly to the page which lists all available custom searches. They can always add any that they use frequently to their navigation menu.
