actions take place on the original contacts, not the related contacts.
Steps to reproduce on demo:
1) Advanced search:
- individuals
- Do not mail
... returns 38 contacts
2) Display Results As > Related contacts > Parent of
... returns 24 contacts
3) Export contacts as CSV
Expected behaviour: exports 24 contacts
Actual behaviour: exports the 38 original contacts
