      Description

The RECAPTCHA_API_SECURE_SERVER variable defined in civicrm/packages/recaptcha/recaptchalib.php is incorrect. The value should be https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.

      See http://groups.google.com/group/recaptcha/browse_thread/thread/57baacc2a067035a

The symptom is that any page/profile that uses recaptcha service via SSL, will not load recaptcha because of "bad certficate." Unless the browser specifically allows the expired certificate, an error will be thrown when the user tries to submit the page. The error is "is a required field" which is quite confusing for users since it doesn't tell you what field is required.
