case subject: special chars break report

      Description

      when creating a case, if the case subject (and thus open case subject) has special characters, the print case report breaks and does not display the activities. reproducible on demo:
      http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/case/report/print&all=1&cid=102&caseID=1

      this is due to the case report being handled by xml. i'm not sure the best location to address the issue
