Notice alert when pressing the "Save & Send Test Email" button during configuration

Hi all,
I found another one of those pesky notices. I could not find any reference to it within an existing issue. Here is how to recreate it.

After Installation you are asked to go through the Configuration Checklist. If you do so and get to the Outbound Email setting when a user presses the "Save & Send Test Email" button the following notice is generated.

Notice: Undefined variable: params in CRM_Admin_Form_Setting_Smtp->postProcess() (line 152 of /vpfa-dev/fa-drupal7/vp/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Admin/Form/Setting/Smtp.php).

The url generated when you click the button is as follows. http://yoursite/civicrm/admin/setting/smtp?_qf_Smtp_display=true

If you do not go through the checklist you can get to it through the menu system. Administer -> Configure -> Configuration Checklist -> Outbound Email
