"deceased" advanced search does not apply to group removal

I came across this bug when trying to remove deceased contacts from a group (and it cost me about an hour's worth of work by destroying the group I had worked so hard to construct... arrgh!)
To reproduce:
-create a group of contacts, include a few dead people
-go to advanced search, and search for people in that group who are deceased
-now with those results, click on "select all results" and click the "remove from group" bulk operation
-select the same group and click "remove"
-when finished, the group will be empty. All contacts have been removed!
