"Custom searches" show a blank page

            Description

            When I click on "Search" -> "Custom searches" the system loads a page with no content.

            Reproduced in demo site: CiviCRM 4.0 / sandbox Drupal 7.

            However in CiviCRM 3.4 demo is displayed the list of predefined reports.
