Can't choose 'Selected records only' for mass mailing

Steps to reproduce:

1. Do a advanced Search with % in name.
2. Select only few records (a subset) from the result set.
3. Select 'Send a Mass Mailing' task action, which would result in a js error -

"Please select all contacts for this action.
To use the entire set of search results, click the 'all records' radio button"
