Profiles : Support is_primary criteria for location and phone fields (for search and listings)

We need to be able to specify "Primary" location and "Primary" phone as an alternative to picking a specific location and phone type....

Primary use case is to allow the new "Search Views" (profiles used for advanced search) to be configured to include "primary" street address, city, etc. in the selector columns.

NOTE: I assume that if a profile with a uf_field that was street_address + is_primary is used in profile/edit to create a contact - we would assign the "default" location type id to that address.
