Description
Change the data schema to support future financial functionality and reporting enhancements listed at http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRM/CiviAccounts+Project+Estimates.
Update the BAO level to support the new data objects.
Maintain the existing User Interface and functionality unchanged.
Maintain the existing API calls. Provide API calls for new tables.
Support data migrates from old to new schema.
