Description
When adding a new individual from an empty search results screen (let's say his name was John Dean), CiviCRM said it was showing me a list of contacts with a similar last name. But included in that list were people with the first name "Dean". I think this is noise, and is a bit of a problem with a large database – the number of names displayed hurts the usability of the profile form and makes it harder to see actual possible duplicates. I'd suggest making the matching test tighter, to actually only match on the last name field. If it's going to match on the first name field, then the text needs to be fixed to say so.
