Pledge payment status and pledge status are not being updated when a pledge payment is made

            Description

            This bug was uncovered when WebTest_Pledge_ContactContextPledgePaymentAddTest webtest failed.

            Error was caused by incorrect initialization of $editScheduled = true; (s/b false by default) as part of CRM-7933 notice fixes.
