"installments of" calculation in pledge form confused by thousands seperator and non-dot decimal seperator

The javascript code that calculates the amount per installment from the total pledge amount and number of installments takes care of using the configured thousands and decimal seperators on generating its output but is utterly confused by anything but a dot as decimal seperator

Suggested fix: replace configured thousands seperator with nothing and the configured decimal seperator with '.' before going on with the calculation
