On profile save: Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in Form.php

            Description

            Version 1.3.4569 Drupal PHP5 (I think with no patches) - pretty sure this also applied to 4543 - possibly this could be related to a configuration change on our part, but I can't find anything obvious which could break it in this way.

            Problem: When a user edits their 'Name and Address' CiviCRM data through their /user/edit page they get a fatal error on save.

            I have attached a screenshot showing the page before save, an Xdebug stack trace including all function parameters and the Form.php in question.
