Notice alert when creating cases: activity_location and duration

            Description

            Upon saving a new case the following notices appear above the case summary box.

            Notice: Undefined index: activity_location in CRM_Case_Form_Activity_OpenCase->beginPostProcess() (line 200 of /vpfa-dev/fa-drupal7/drupal-7.0/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Case/Form/Activity/OpenCase.php).
            Notice: Undefined index: duration in CRM_Case_Form_Activity_OpenCase->endPostProcess() (line 289 of /vpfa-dev/fa-drupal7/drupal-7.0/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Case/Form/Activity/OpenCase.php).

            Nothing much else to add, these seem like more of the notice bugs that pop up with D7/Civi4
