Membership incorrectly given to deceased individuals

To recreate the issue:

1) Create an individual that has a "parent of" relationship with a deceased child.

2) Create a membership type that uses the "parent of" relationship.

3) Create a membership record for an individual created in step 1, using the type defined in step 2.

4) Look at the contact record for the deceased child, and click the "membership" tab. This child is incorrectly listed as a member by relationship.
