CRM-8056 When deleting a contact a log entry should be created

      Description

      Currently the creation and every change on a contacts data is logged in civicrm_log. But when deleting a contact there is no new entry in civicrm_log created.

          Can you please submit a patch that does the needful. That would enable it to make it into an earlier release. Note that you might/will want to distinguish between a permanent delete and a trashed contact. the log only stores the contact id, so if a contact is deletd from the DB, the log mght be less useful

          I just realized that the civicrm_log table based logging facility is outdated and there is a new one available that creates a log table for each data table.
          With this new facility everything works like expected so imho this bug can be closed.
